Refund Policy for Event Registration

We aim to provide a fair refund policy for the CISA & AFRICA FOOTGOAL CONFERENCE:

1. Refund Requests :
   • 30+ days before the event (by Jan 17) : Full refund minus 10% processing fee.
   • 15–29 days before the event (Jan 18–Feb 1) : 50% refund.
   • Less than 15 days before the event (after Feb 2) : No refund.
2. Registration Transfers :
   • You can transfer your registration to another participant by Feb 10 at no cost.
3. Event Changes :
   • In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, you may opt for a full refund or transfer to the new date.
4. Request Process :
   • Submit refund or transfer requests to [support email] with your registration details.
